The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 13:00.

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to checkthe hotel.
