• Una vez registrados en la recepción de pondrán una manilla que los identificará como huéspedes del edificio, la cual deben portar durante toda su estadía así podrán ingresar y salir del edificio sin problema, y así hacer uso de todas las zonas comunes del edificio (piscinas, jacuzzi, gimnasio, etc). La cual deben cancelar en recepción del Edificio Morros Epic y tiene un costo por persona de 18.000 COP.
• Por Reglamento de Propiedad Horizontal del Edificio Morros Epic, los huéspedes no están autorizados para recibir visitantes durante su estadía. El cupo máximo permitido es de 6 personas, no es permitido pago de adicionales. Y solo es posible hacer registro de huéspedes hasta las 22:00.
• Una vez confirmada la reservación y para su ingreso requerimos siempre la siguiente información de cada huésped (incluido niños y bebés) con mínimo 48h de anticipación: nombres completos, tipo de identificación, número de identificación, ciudad de residencia y procedencia, y motivo del viaje y se enviarán a la recepción del edificio en la cual se les requerirá presentar su documento de identidad en físico (incluido niños y bebés).
• Todo niño yo adolescente (De 0 A 17 años) que quiera ingresar a la copropiedad debe estar en la presencia de sus padres o contar con un permiso notariado y autenticado, con copia del documento (RC, TI, NUIP) y fotocopia de cédula de ambos padres, donde se haga constar que los padres o tutores del menor aprueban el ingreso del niño yo adolescente en calidad de huéspedes a la copropiedad, de lo contrario bajo ninguna circunstancia se podrá realizar el ingreso (Ley 679 del 3 de Agosto de 2001, Ley 1336 de 2009 y Ley 1098 del 2006).
• Todos los documentos de identificación de los huéspedes deben ser originales, no se aceptan copias o PDF; salvo los casos de cédulas digitales. También debe tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
-Los pasaportes de extranjeros deben contar con los respectivos sellos.
-Los viajeros de la MERCOSUR deben aportar la tirilla de viaje.
-Huésped venezolano solo se registra con PPT o PASAPORTE.
-No se reciben licencias de conducción o documentos diferentes a las identificaciones según la nacionalidad.
Cabe resaltar que no se continúa con el check in, si no se presenta la documentación exigida.
• El uso de la manilla es obligatorio, de presentarse una condición médica que impida el uso debe soportarse debidamente.
